Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 27 February 2008, PAULA MAY GLADYS DOUGLAS of 40 Rushton Grove, Higher Openshaw, Manchester M11 1NR, is single and a British Citizen under section 11 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Paula May Douglas and assumed the name of Paula May Gladys Douglas.
