Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 13 December 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 16 January 2009, K Ross as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Gemma Andrea Lee-Ross who is a child single and a Commonwealth/British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Gemma Andrea Wackett and assumed the name of Gemma Andrea Lee-Ross.
