Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 30 October 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 30 October 2009, Anne-Marie Tyrell, 8 Nye Bevan Estate, Glyn Road, E5 0AG, is single, a Commonwealth citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Debbie Anne-Marie Tyrell and assumed the name of Anne-Marie Tyrell.
