Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 8 October 2009 and enrolled in this Supreme Court of Judicature on 24 November 2009, Samantha Pieris of 11 Passmore House, Fore Street, Edmonton, London N9 0QD, married, a Commonwealth Citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the names of Devan Karumakaram and assumed the name of Samantha Pieris.
