Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated Friday 15 January in the year 2010 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 5 February 2010, as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Jayden Roy Lynn-Story who is a child single and a Commonwealth/British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Jayden Roy Lynn and assumed the name of Jayden Roy Lynn-Story
