Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 19 February 2010 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature on 27 April 2010, Paul John Gladman Adams of The Oaks, Shepherds Way, Brookmans Park, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL9 6NR is entered into a Civil Partnership, a Commonwealth/British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Paul John Gladman and assumed the name of Paul John Gladman Adams.
