Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 16 May 2011 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 26 May 2011, Shachie Keisha Fletcher, 49 Burlington Street, Aston, Birmingham B6 4UB, is single, a Commonwealth citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Shackie Keisha Fletcher and assumed the name of Shachie Keisha Fletcher.
