Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 8 September 2011.

Nicholas Paul Chown

of Twin Elms, Marston Lane, East Farndon, Market Harborough, Leicestershire LE16 9SL, a married British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Nicholas Paul Jeffery and assumed the name of Nicholas Paul Chown. The Deed Poll referred to above replaces a previous Deed Poll made before a Commissioner for Oaths on 26 March 1966 by the father of the above-named by which the former Nicholas Paul Jeffery assumed the name of Nicholas Paul Chown.
