The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has made the above Regulations under section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972.

The Regulations will come into operation on 11th April 2003 and may be purchased from The Stationery Office Bookshop, 16 Arthur Street, Belfast BT1 4GD.
