The Budget (No. 2) (Northern Ireland) Order 2004 SI 1996 (N.I. 18).

Notice is hereby given that in exercise of the power conferred on Her by paragraph 1 (1) of the Schedule to the Northern Ireland Act 2000 (c.1) Her Majesty has made the Budget (No. 2) (Northern Ireland) Order 2004.

The Order authorises the use for the public service of certain resources for the years ending 31 March 2002, 31 March 2003 and 31 March 2005, and sets the relevant limits on the use of accruing resources in the year ending 31 March 2005, along with an increase in the limit for accruing resources for the Office of the First Minister and Deputy First Minister in respect of the 2001-02 financial year. The Order also makes provision for the issue out of the Consolidated Fund of Northern Ireland of certain sums for the service of the year ending 31 March 2005 and appropriates those sums for specified purposes.
