The Seed Potatoes (Crop Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 1 of the Seeds Act (Northern Ireland) 1965 has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Seed Potatoes (Crop Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008.

These Regulations were made on 23rd April 2008 and will come into operation on 1st May 2008. Copies of the Statutory Rule, S.R. 2008 No. 184 are available from the Stationery Office Bookshop, 16 Arthur Street, Belfast BT1 4GD.
