Notice is hereby given that a Petition having been presented on 14th August 2002 to the Court of Session craving the Court to order that Woodend Holdings Limited, a Company formerly incorporated in Scotland (SC128335), having originally been incorporated with the name “Paloplan Ltd” and formerly having its Registered Office at Lomond House, 9 George Square, Glasgow G2 1QQ be restored to the Register of Companies in terms of Section 653 of the Companies Act 1985, the Lord Ordinary by Interlocutor dated 14th August 2002 ordained all parties having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers at the Office of Court, Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RQ thereto within twenty one days after this advertisement.
