Notice is hereby given that an environmental statement has been submitted to Argyll and Bute Council by Argyll & Bute Council relating to the planning application In respect of Redevelopment of Port Askaig (Amended Proposal) comprising mustering area for mainland and Jura ferry traffic, car parking and realignment of A846 notified to you under Article 9(1) of the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedures) (Scotland) Order 1992

A copy of the environmental statement and the associated planning applications may be inspected at all reasonable hours at Bowmore Area Office, Bowmore, Isle of Islay. Port Askaig Post Office. Port Askaig, Isle of Islay and also at 67 Chalmers Street, Ardrishaig during the period of 28 days beginning with the date of this notice.

Copies of the environmental statement may be purchased from Argyll & Bute Council, Transportation and Property, Area Office. Manse Brae, Lochgilphead at a cost of £50.00.

Any person who wishes to make representations to Argyll and Bute Council about the environmental statement should make them in writing within that period to Senior Planning Officer, Argyll and Bute Council, 67 Chalmers Street, Ardrishaig, PA30 8DX.
