Greig Associates Publishing Limited

Notice is hereby given that on 4th September 2002 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Glasgow by Greig Associates Publishing Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at Unit 18, 6 Harmony Row, Govan, Glasgow G51 3BA, seeking an order that the said Greig Associates Publishing Limited be restored to the register of companies in Scotland. By interlocutor dated 4th September 2002, the Sheriff appointed the Petition and deliverance to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and the Herald Newspaper, and ordained the Lord Advocate, Registrar of Companies and other persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA within eight days after such intimation, service and advertisement under certification, which advertisement is hereby given.
