Notice is hereby given that on 19th September 2002 a Petition under Section 653 of the Companies Act 1985 was presented to the Court of Session by Gilmour Properties Limited, having its registered office at 24 Bredishorn Road, Baillieston G69 7HL (the “Company”) craving the Court inter alia, that the Company be restored to the Register of Companies in terms of Section 653 of the Companies Act 1985, in which Petition the Lord Ordinary by Interlocutor dated 24th September 2002 appointed inter alia notice of the application to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette newspaper and that any party claiming an interest, to lodge answers thereto, if so advised, within twenty one days after such intimation, service or advertisement.
