ALEXANDER GARDNER LIMITED

A Petition was presented on 18th October 2002 by Alexander Gardner Limited, incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number 12599) and having its Registered Office at Unit One, Back O’Hill Farm, Strawberry Field Road, Crosslee, Renfrewshire PA6 7LD craving that the said Alexander Gardner Limited be restored to the Register of Companies in terms of Section 653 of the Companies Act 1985. By Interlocutor dated 18th October 2002, the Sheriff appointed advertisement of this Petition. Any person who wishes to show cause why the Petition should not be granted should lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Paisley within eight days of intimation hereof.
