Notice is hereby given that in a petition presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow on 12th December 2002 by JAE (Glasgow) Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at c/o Sinclair Wood & Company, 90 Mitchell Street, Glasgow, G1 3NQ, for an order to restore the name Northwoodside Limited to the Register of Companies in Scotland, the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 17th December 2002 appointed the petition to be intimated on the Walls of Court and to be advertised once in The Edinburgh Gazette and The Herald Newspaper and ordained any party claiming an interest to lodge answers thereto, if so advised, within eight days after such intimation, advertisement and service.
