Wylies (Automotive Services) Limited

A petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court on 6th February 2003 by Wylies (Automotive Services) Limited, having their registered office at 370 Pollockshaws Road, Glasgow G41 1QR (“the Company”) craving the court inter alia that an administration order be pronounced in respect of the Company and that Interim Managers be appointed, in which petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 7th February 2003 appointed all persons having interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, and meantime appointed Fiona Taylor, Chartered Accountant, 50 George Square, Glasgow G2 1RR and William Tacon, 1 Colmore Row, Birmingham B3 2DB to be Joint Managers of the Company with the powers specified in Part II of the Insolvency Act 1986, of all of which notice is hereby given.
