Notice is hereby given that an Application has been made to the Sheriff at Elgin by Longmount Limited, a Company having its Registered Office at 10 Perimeter Road, Pinefield Industrial Estate, Elgin craving an Order for the name Longmount Limited to be restored to the Register of Companies in which Application the Sheriff at Elgin by Interlocutor dated 25th February 2003 ordered any persons desiring to object to the crave of the Petition to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Elgin Sheriff Court, High Street, Elgin within eight days of intimation, service and advertisement.
