An Action has been raised in Aberdeen Sheriff Court by Spital Energy Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 11 Belgrave Terrace, Aberdeen, AB25 2NT, Petitioner, for an Order in terms of Section 653 of the Companies Act 1985 for the name of Spital Energy Limited to be restored to the Register of Companies. If anyone showing an interest therein intends to show cause why the Prayer of the Petition should not be granted, he or she should immediately contact the Sheriff Clerk, The Sheriff Court House, Castle Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1WP from whom the Service copy Initial Writ may be obtained.
