The Queen has been pleased by warrant under Her Majesty’s Royal Sign Manual, bearing the date 11 July 2005, to appoint Ms Andrea Maria Batchelor and Dr Willis Ritchie Sturrock Pickard to be members of the Board of Trustees of the National Library of Scotland.
