Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Huw Williams, Garth Jarvis, Natalie Kolbe, Fungai Ruwende, Richard Jackson and Jacob Hinson have each transferred their entire interest in Actis Executive Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5231 (“the Partnership”) to UMTA Trust and UMTA Trust has become a limited partner in the Partnership.
