Notice is given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Geoffrey Brian Stroud, Robert Brian Stitson, Adrian Paul Stroud and Nigel Hugh Lyons, carrying on business as Solicitors and Notaries Public under the style or firm name of the STROUD STITSON PARTNERSHIP at both North Hill House, 119 North Hill, Plymouth, Devon and 252 Dean Cross Road, Plymstock, Plymouth, Devon, has been dissolved as from 31st December 1997, so far as concerns Adrian Paul Stroud who retires from the said firm. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will received and paid respectively by Geoffrey Brian Stroud, Robert Brian Stitson and Nigel Hugh Lyons who will continue to carry on the said business in partnership under the style or firm name of the Stroud Stitson Partnership at both North Hill House, 119 North Hill, Plymouth, Devon and 252 Dean Cross Road, Plymstock, Plymouth, Devon.
