Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 10th October 1997 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 11th December 1997, Elizabeth Mahoney, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of ELEONORA YASMIN MAHONEY, a child, single and a British citizen by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Armoogum and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Mahoney.
