Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 28th November 1997 enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature on 8th December 1997, JOHN STAPLETON, of “Four Winds”, 46 Brattle Wood, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 1QU, divorced, a British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1991, formerly and absolutely renounced and abandoned the forenames of Arthur Sydney and assumed and adopted and intends on all occasions to use and subscribe the forename John instead of the forenames Arthur Sydney so as to be at all times called, known and described by the name of John Stapleton exclusively.
