Notice is given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between William Michael Munro Lang (“Mr. Lang”) and Lee Mordecai, Joan Margaret Rees, Richard Thomas Andrew Read, Hugh Anthony Wilson, Paul Warton Matcham, Andrew John Whittaker, Edward William Bliss, Ewen Gordon Cameron and Mark Richard Bryan (“the Continuing Partners”) carrying on business under the style or firm name of MAPLES TEESDALE has been dissolved as from 31st December 1997 so far as concerns Mr. Lang who retires from the said firm with effect from that date. The Continuing Partners will thereafter continue to carry on the said business in Partnership under the style or firm name of Maples Teesdale.
