Temporary Footpath Diversion Order for Footpath 170 Land at Bournewood, Swanley

Notice is hereby given that the above Order was made on 9th January 1998, under section 261 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, and will temporarily divert the public footpath number 170 situated at Bournewood, Swanley, in the London Borough of Bromley, as shown on the Order map.   A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen, free of charge, at the General Enquiry Desk, Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley BR1 3UH, from 9 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. on weekdays. Copies of the Order and map may be bought there at the price of £2.   Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Director of Environmental Services, London Borough of Bromley, Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent BR1 3UH, not later than 11th February 1998. Please state the grounds on which they are made.   If no such representations or objections are duly made or if any so made are withdrawn, the London Borough of Bromley may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation, any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order. W.
