The Hillingdon (Waiting and Loading) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 48) Order 1998

Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 20th January 1998, it made these Orders which will impose waiting restrictions on the lengths of road as shown in the Schedule to this notice.   A copy of the Orders which will come into operation on 22nd January 1998, can be seen at Ickenham Library, Hayes End Library and at Level 3 reception, Civic Centre, Uxbridge, during normal office hours, for 6 weeks following the date on which this notice is published.   Copies of the Orders can be obtained from Local Services, telephone number 01895 277014.   Applications to the High Court challenging the legality of the Orders should be made within 6 weeks of the date on which the Orders were made. Schedule

Waiting and loading prohibited at any time

   Nellgrove Road, Hillingdon, both sides between its junction with Uxbridge Road and a point 20 metres south-westwards.

Waiting prohibited between 11 a.m. and 12 noon and between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive during school term time

   Gilbey Close, Ickenham:   (a) the north side;   (b) the south side;   (c) the east and west sides, between a point in line with the common boundary of Nos. 18 and 20 Gilbey Close and a point in line with the southern boundary of No. 19 Gilbey Close. 21st January 1998.
