The Heathrow Airport (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Amendment No. 5) Order 1998

Notice is hereby given that Heathrow Airport Limited (being a wholly owned subsidiary of BAA plc), proposes to make an Order under sections 6 and 7 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, having effect by virtue of sections 1, 2 and 65 of the Airports Act 1986.   The general nature of this Order is to amend the Waiting and Loading Restrictions on Calshot Road, Inner Lane, Terminal 1 Arrivals and to remove the redundant loading bay on the north side of Cranwell Road.   A copy of the draft Order, a plan illustrating the proposals and a statement of reasons may be inspected between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday to Friday, at the offices of the General Manager, Transportation Policy, Heathrow Point, 234 Bath Road, Harlington, Middlesex UB3 5AP.   Any objections to the proposed Order should be sent in writing quoting the Order’s name, specifying the ground on which they are made, to the Roads Policy Officer, at the above address to arrive before 12th February 1998.
