Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, on 23rd January 1998, made the above Orders, the general effect of which would be to provide additional resident parking spaces and/or visitor parking spaces in the following streets by converting existing yellow line or rearranging the parking layout:   Bramham Gardens; Eardley Crescent; Earls Court Gardens; Earls Court Square; Hogarth Road; Kempsford Gardens; Kenway Road; Longridge Road; Nevern Place; Nevern Road; Nevern Square; Old Brompton Road; Penywern Road; Philbeach Gardens.   Additionally, an existing solo motor cycle bay in Nevern Place will be increased in size by 5 metres and a new solo motor cycle bay will be provided in Cadogan Gardens.   Copies of the Orders which will come into operation for the purposes of placing traffic signs on 26th January 1998 and for all other purposes on 6th February 1998, and all other relevant documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of 6 weeks from the date the Orders were made in The Parking Policy Office, Room 317, The Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX.   Any persons desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
