Notice of Proposed Adoption of a Local Plan

Malvern Hills District Local Plan

Notice is hereby given that on 21st January 1998, Malvern Hills District Council adopted these plan proposals.
  Copies of the adopted proposals are available for inspection, free of charge, during normal office hours at the following locations:

  Planning Services Department, Brunel House, Portland Road, Malvern;
  Malvern Public Library, Graham Road, Malvern;
  Ledbury Public Library, Ledbury;
  Ledbury Area Information Office;
  Bromyard Area Information Office;
  Bromyard Public Library, Bromyard;
  Humphrey Walwyn Public Library, Walwyn Road, Colwall;
  Upton-upon-Severn Public Library, School Lane, Upton-upon-Severn;
  Hereford City Public Library, Broad Street, Hereford;
  Worcester City Library, Foregate Street, Worcester;
  Stourport-on-Severn Library, County Buildings, Stourport-on-Severn.

  The proposals became operative on their adoption, but any person aggrieved by the proposals who desires to question their validity on the ground that they are not within the powers conferred by Part II of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, or that any requirement of that Act or of any Regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the adoption of the proposals, may, within 6 weeks from 21st January 1998, make an application to the High Court under section 287 of the 1990 Act.
