Notice is hereby given that the Partnership formerly subsisting between Austin Stephen Burton, Anthony Todd Holroyd and Paul Verney Robertshaw, practising as Solicitors at Yorkshire House, East Parade, Leeds LS1 5SX, under the name or style of BURTON AND BURTON has been dissolved by mutual consent as from 31st December 1997, so far as concerns Paul Verney Robertshaw who retires from the firm and further that all debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid by the said Austin Stephen Burton and the said Anthony Stephen Todd Holroyd who will continue to practise under the same name and at the same address.
