Notice is given that the Partnership formally subsisting between us, the undersigned, Debar Miah, Nozrul Haque and Abdul Salam, carrying on business as Restaurateurs, at 5 Cavendish Circus, Buxton, Derbyshire, under the name of THE INDIAN PALACE, has been dissolved by mutual consent so far as concerns Nozrul Haque and Abdul Salam, who retires from the firm and that all debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid by Debar Miah, who will continue to carry on the business under the same name.
