The Barnet (Mill Hill) (On-Street Parking Places) (1996, No. 2) (Amendment No. 1) Order 1998

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet have made on 26th February 1998, an Order under sections 45, 46, 49 and 51, and Parts I to III of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, and all other enabling powers.   The general effect of the Order will be as advertised in the London Gazette, dated 8th January 1998, Issue No. 55009, Reference No. 507.   A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on Monday, 2nd March 1998, a plan of the relevant area and the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order can be inspected, during normal office hours, on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which this notice is published at Traffic Section, Room 1006, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0EJ; and The Town Hall, The Burroughs, Hendon, London NW4 4BG.   Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
