The City of Westminster (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Amendment No.  ) Order 199 

Lambeth Bridge

Notice is hereby given that the Westminster City Council propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985.
  2. The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Restriction Order would be further to amend the City of Westminster (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1976, so that in the length of Lambeth Bridge within the City of Westminster:

  (a) waiting by vehicles including waiting for the purpose of delivering or collecting goods or loading or unloading a vehicle would be prohibited at any time;
  (b) the existing prohibition on stopping by vehicles would be revoked.

  3. The proposed Order and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Monday to Fridays inclusive, at Hyder Consulting Ltd., 29 Bressenden Place, London SW1E 5DZ, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Order is made or the Council decide not to make the Order.

  5. Any objections or other representations about the proposed Order should be sent in writing to the Council’s agents, Hyder Consulting Ltd., 29 Bressenden Place, London SW1E 5DZ, quoting Ref. WES1004/ORD/1791/CJ, until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
