The London Borough of Barnet (Waiting and Loading Restrictions) (Special Parking Area) (Amendment No. 34) Order 1998

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet have made, on 4th March 1998, an Order under sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and all other enabling powers.   The general effect of the Order will be as advertised in The London Gazette, dated 11th September 1998, Issue No. 54890, Ref. No. 498.   A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on Monday, 9th March 1998, a plan of the relevant area and the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order can be inspected during normal office hours, on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which this notice is published at:   (a) Traffic Section, Room 1003, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0EJ;   (b) The Town Hall, The Burroughs, Hendon, London NW4 4BG.   Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order, or any of its provisions on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof, or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
