Notice of Adoption of Proposals for a Unitary Development Plan
Royal Borough of Kingston-upon-Thames Unitary Development Plan

Notice is hereby given that on 6th March 1998 the Council of the Royal Borough of Kingston-upon-Thames adopted these plan proposals with modifications.   Copies of the adopted proposals are available for inspection at the Directorate of Environmental Services reception, Guildhall 2, Kingston-upon-Thames (8.45 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 8.45 a.m. to 4.45 p.m. Friday) and at the borough’s libraries:   Kingston Library, Fairfield Road, Kingston;   Hook & Chessington Library, Hook Road, Chessington;   New Malden Library, Kingston Road, New Malden;   Old Malden Library, Church Road, Worcester Park;   Surbiton Library, Ewell Road, Surbiton; and   Tudor Drive Library, Tudor Drive, Kingston.   Documents can also be inspected at the mobile library.   The proposals became operative on their adoption, but any person aggrieved by the proposals who desires to question their validity on the ground that they are not within the powers conferred by Part II of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the adoption of the proposals, may, within 6 weeks from 6th March 1998, make an application to the High Court under section 287 of the 1990 Act.
