LANCASTER CITY COUNCIL
The Lancaster City Council, Bath Mill Conservation Area

Notice is hereby given under the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, section 69 that the Lancaster City Council has determined that the boundary of the Bath Mill Conservation Area be amended to remove the houses 2-28 (even) Nun Street, 2-28 (even) Mill Street, 43 (Bath House) Bath Street and 1 Dalton Road. The reason for excluding these houses is that they are more traditional Lancaster terraced housing and have no relationship in terms of their architecture to the “modern” housing of Bath Mill.   The plan defining the amended boundary of the Conservation Area may be inspected at the office of the Chief Planning Officer, Palatine Hall, Dalton Square, Lancaster, during normal office hours. M. Dudfield, Director of Legal and Administrative Services Town Hall, Lancaster. 26th February 1998.
