Notice of Adoption of Proposals for a Local Plan North Pembrokeshire Local Plan*

Notice is hereby given that on 26th February 1998, Pembrokeshire County Council adopted these plan proposals with modifications. The adopted proposals will form part of the development plan for the northern area of Pembrokeshire (that part of Pembrokeshire falling within the former Preseli District but excluding the National Park). The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting that area.   Copies of the adopted proposals are available for inspection at the following Pembrokeshire County Council offices:   Leisure and Development Department, Cambria House Annex, Haverford West;   Leisure and Development Department, Southern Area Office, Llanion Park, Pembroke Dock;   Fishguard Town Hall;   Milford Haven Town Hall;   and at:   Haverfordwest Library;   Fishguard Library;   Milford Haven Library;   Neyland Library;   Cardigan Library.   On Mondays to Fridays at the Leisure and Development Department offices (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and on all days and hours which the Town Halls and Libraries are open at the remaining locations.   The proposals came into operation on their adoption. A person aggrieved by the proposals who desires to question their validity on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by Part II of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, or that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the adoption of the proposals, may, within 6 weeks from Wednesday, 11th March 1998, make an application to the High Court under section 287 of the 1990 Act.   *This plan was previously referred to as the Preseli (North) Pembrokeshire Local Plan.
