Notice is given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Malcolm Martin Evans and John Hughes, carrying on business as Manufacturers and Retailers of Pine and other Furniture under the style or firm name of THE PINE FACTORY has been dissolved as from 16th March 1998 so far as concerns John Hughes who retires from the said firm. All debts due to and owing by the said firm will be received and paid respectively by Malcolm Martin Evans who will continue to carry on the said business under the style or firm name of The Pine Factory.
