Notice of permanent restriction
The Denbighshire County Council (40 m.p.h. Speed Restriction) (Denbigh Green, Denbigh) Order 199

Denbighshire County Council hereby give notice that it proposes to make an Order under sections 82(2), 83(2) and 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be that no person shall drive any motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 40 miles per hour on the length of road specified in the Schedule to this notice.   A copy of the proposed Order, together with a map showing the length of road to which the proposed Order relates and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined at The Library, Hall Square, Denbigh, and at Russell House, Churton Road, Rhyl, during normal office hours.   Objections to the proposed Order, together with the grounds on which they are made, should be sent in writing to the undersigned by 27th April 1998.
