Notice is given that the partnership hitherto subsisting between Jonathan Richard Gilbert, James Nigel Gilbert and Guido Andre Haller, carrying on in business under the style or firm name of RAN INTERNATIONAL has been dissolved as from 13th March 1998, so far as concerns Guido Andre Haller who retires from the said firm. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by Jonathan Richard Gilbert and James Nigel Gilbert, who will continue to carry on the said business under style or firm name of RAN INTERNATIONAL.
