Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Newham propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.   The general effect of the Order would be to introduce new restrictions on waiting by vehicles “at any time” (double yellow lines) (including for the purpose of loading or unloading a vehicle-double loading ‘blips’) in Upper Road E13, from a point 66 metres south of the southern kerb-line of Chesterton Terrace south for 50 metres.   Copies of the proposed Order and documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order can be inspected until 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made or until the proposal is withdrawn, whichever is appropriate, during normal ofice hours on Monday to Fridays inclusive at the offices of the Director of Environment, 25 Nelson Street, East Ham, London E6 4EH.   Further information may be obtained by telephoning the Environment Department on 0181-472 1430 extension 22369.   All objections and other representations relating to the Order must be made in writing to the Director of Enivronment at the address shown above quoting Ref.
