Notice is hereby given that a local inquiry is to be held into the proposal of the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions to make an Order under section 247 of the above Act. If made the Order would authorise the stopping-up of a length of Greenway Street, Small Heath, Birmingham, to enable the construction of a retail development comprising food/non-food units (totalling 7,295 square metres) and two drive-through restaurants, servicing, car parking and access road.   The inquiry will be held at St. Peter’s College, College Road, Saltley, Birmingham B8 3TE, on Tuesday, 19th May 1998, at 10 a.m.   The Secretary of State hereby appoints J.
