Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 12th February 1998 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 16th April 1998, SIR PAUL GETTY, K.B.E., of Wormsley Estate, Stokenchurch, Buckinghamshire HP14 3YG, married, a British citizen under section 6 of the British Nationality Act 1981, formerly renounced and abandoned the use of the first name Eugene and has assumed and adopted and intends on all occasions to use and subscribe the first name of Paul and the surname of Getty instead of the first name of Eugene and in addition to the surname of Getty so as to be at all times called, known and described by the name of Sir Paul Getty, K.B.E.
