Notice of Intention to Adopt Proposals for a Unitary Development Plan
Lambeth Unitary Development Plan

The local inquiry into these plan proposals has been held and the report of the person holding the inquiry has been considered by the Council of the London Borough of Lambeth. The Council has considered the objections made to these plan proposals.
  The Council of the London Borough of Lambeth propose to adopt these plan proposals without proposing any further modifications.The following documents are available for inspection from 26th June 1998, at Lambeth Town Hall Information Desk (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.), and at all Lambeth libraries in the Borough (during normal opening hours: telephone 0171-926 7221 for details):

  copies of the plan proposals;
  the report of the person who held the local inquiry and the authority’s statement of reasons and decisions in the light of the report;
  the authority’s statement of reasons and decisions as respects objections to the plan proposals.

  The Council of the London Borough of Lambeth will adopt the proposals after 24th July 1998.
