The A465 Trunk Road (High Street, Porthmadog, Gwynedd) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 1998

Notice is hereby given that on 29th June 1998, the Secretary of State for Wales made the above Order which will come into operation on 13th July 1998. The effect is as stated in Notice 490 in The London Gazette No. 55081 dated 27th March 1998.   Anyone wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant section of the Act or that any requirement of that Act or any Instrument made under it has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 10th July 1998, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
