Notice of deposit of pre-inquiry proposed changes to the deposit draft of the replacement Elmbridge Borough Local Plan

Elmbridge Borough Council has prepared pre-inquiry proposed changes for the above Local Plan.   Copies of the Council’s response to representations on the deposit draft of the replacement Elmbridge Borough Local Plan and pre-inquiry proposed changes are available for public inspection, free of charge, at the Civic Centre, High Street, Esher, from 8.45 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays. They are also available for inspection at all libraries in the Borough during normal library opening times.   Objections to, or representations in support of, the pre-inquiry proposed changes should be sent in writing to the Director of Planning and Environmental Services, Elmbridge Borough Council, Civic Centre, High Street, Esher, Surrey KT10 9SD, to arrive no later than 4th September 1998.   Forms for making objections or representations are obtainable at the Civic Centre at Esher and Borough Libraries. Objections and representations should only relate to the proposed changes, and should specify the grounds on which they are made stating clearly what amendments are being sought.   Only objectors whose objections to the proposed changes are made in writing and arrive at the address specified above within the 6 week period ending on 4th September 1998 will have a right to have their objections considered at the Local Plan Inquiry.   Further information is available from the Town Planning Division at the Civic Centre or by contacting the Local Plan Hotline on 01372 474823.
