Notice of deposit of Pre-Inquiry Proposed Changes to the Deposit Draft for the Replacement of a Local Plan

Notice is hereby given that Surrey Heath Borough Council have prepared Pre-Inquiry Proposed Changes to the Deposit Draft for the replacement of the above plan. If and when, these proposed changes are adopted they will form part of the development plan for Surrey Heath. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting that area.   Copies of the Pre-Inquiry Proposed Changes are available for public inspection at Surrey Heath House and local libraries, free of charge on:

  Objections to and representations in respect of any Pre-Inquiry Proposed Change, should be sent in writing to The Chief Planner (Forward Planning), Forward Planning Division, Surrey Heath Borough Council, Surrey Heath House, Knoll Road, Camberley GU15 3HD, by Friday, 11th September 1998. Objections and representations should specify the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made. They may also be accompanied by a request to be notified at a specified address of the withdrawal, adoption, approval or rejection of the proposals.
