Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 15th January 1999 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 10th March 1999, FREDERICK LESLIE STARR, of Oak Lodge, Sandisplall Road, Maidenhead, Berkshire, divorced and a British citizen by virtue of Section 11 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Fowell and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Starr.
